Return Policy

Our return policy is that all sales are final.

Despite this, at our sole discretion we will allow our customers to make returns or exchanges as long as the situation is reasonable. In such instances shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns and exchanges are limited to orders placed within the previous month or most recent 30 day period and only apply to products that are un-opened. All product seals must be intact and all returns must be preauthorized by our customer service department.

In the event that we ship an incorrect or physically defective product we will always be happy to accept a return or exchange.
